This petition is filed to bring on record the respondents 3 to 5 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent, namely, S.M.Rajappan.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

3. Taking into consideration the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit and the submissions of the leaned counsel for both sides, this Court is satisfied that the proposed parties are the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed. Registry to carry out the necessary amendments.
