C.M.P.No.6677 of 2017 in C.M.A.No.SR.79431 of 2016 R.SUBBIAH.J, and M.S.RAMESH.J, When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the condition imposed by this Court to pay a sum of Rs.3000/- to the Tulir-Centre for the Prevention and Healing of Child Sexual abuse has been complied with by the petitioner/appellant.

2.Since the conditional order of this Court dated 08.06.2017 has been complied with and the learned counsel for the petitioner has also filed the cost memo to that effect, the delay in filing the above appeal stands condoned and the petition is allowed.

3.Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and post the matter on 21.06.2017 by printing the name of the learned counsel who appeared for the respondent in the condone delay petition in the cause list.
