O R D E R

Alleging that the order dated 24.09.2019 passed by this Court in WP.No.22071 of 2018 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. It appears that this Court by its order dated 24.09.2019 allowed the Writ petition and issued a direction to the competent authority of the Government of Tamil Nadu to examine the claim made by the petitioner for medical reimbursement under the Tamil Nadu Medical Attendance Rules and disburse the eligible amount.

3. In Compliance of the order, the respondent has passed an order for sanctioning a sum of Rs.47,694/- on 22.09.2021.

4. In view of the above, the order of this Court has complied with. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected sub application is closed.
