The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a Mandamus directing the respondent to return the tractor TN.23R0194 to him as the loan amount was waived.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected M.P.No.1 of 2010 is closed.
