2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the direction passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondent. However, it appears that the petitioner is not satisfied with the order passed by the respondent. In case, the petitioner has still any grievances against the order passed by the respondent, it is upto him to exhaust the available legal remedies as he may be considerably advised.
3. The contempt petition cannot be kept pending. Therefore, the same is closed by giving liberty to the petitioner to workout remedies as he may be advised.
