C.M.P.No.2781 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.14721 of 2023 N.MALA,J, This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 196 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Notice to the first respondent dispensed with (vide Batta SR.6204). Though notice was served on the second respondent, none appears before this Court. Mr.S.Arunkumar, the learned counsel appears for third respondent.

3.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, therefore, the delay of 196 days in filing the above appeal is condoned and the petition is accordingly ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same 'for admission'.

Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondents at the time of admission.
