(2) Memo.No.E2/11068/2005 dated 18.06.2005 of the third Respondent and (3) Government Lr.No.43386/UD.2-2/04-2, Housing and Urban Development Department, dated 05.05.2005 (communicated by the 2nd Respondent in Memo No.E2/19578/2004 dated 26.05.2005 of the 3rd respondent), quash the same and to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to take into account and count the period from 12.04.2001 to 20.03.2003 also as petitioner's service period in the post of Assistant Executive Engineer for the purpose of Petitioner's fulfillment of service qualification in the said post of Assistant Executive Engineer for the purpose of seniority and empanellment and promotion as Executive Engineer and to consequently consider the case of the petitioner for inclusion in the ensuing panel for promotion as Executive Engineer and to promote him as such, with all consequential benefits.
