ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to quash the notice dated 26.04.2013 sent by the second respondent for evicting the petitioner from the premises.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that during the proceedings under section 78 of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, the petitioner has paid the entire arrears of rent and therefore, the entire proceedings against the petitioner has been dropped and also produced a letter of the first respondent to that effect. The said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.

3. In such view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
