ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.05.2015. 2.

It is seen that the petitioner was employed as an Executive Officer II Grade at Mopperipalayam Town Panchayat, Coimbatore and a Criminal Case has been registered against her along with 6 others in Crime No. 40/2014 for the alleged offences U/s. 120B, 409, 468, 471 and 420 IPC and had been placed under suspension from 10.07.2014. It is also seen that in view of the above, the builders were instructed by the respondent not to hand over the possession of her house property, which she has purchased. Therefore, she has made representation to the respondent on 06.05.2015 to issue NOC to her builder.

3. Now, almost five years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
