This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 221 days in filing above captioned C.M.A as against the Award dated 14.03.2022 made in E.S.I.O.P.No.2 of 2021 on the file of the Employees State Insurance Court (Labour Court) at Cuddalore.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents.

3.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Legal Services Authority, Chennai, since the delay is enormous. Hence, this application is ordered as prayed for with the above cost.
