PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to settle the retirement benefits of Pension, Commutation of Pension and DCRG amount due to the petitioner as on 30.06.2017, on attaining the age of superannuation, in the absence of any specific order issued by the 1st respondent retaining the Petitioner in service beyond the date of superannuation as stipulated under FR 56(1)(c), within a reasonable period as may be fixed by this Court.
