The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is for issuance of a Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to sanction a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- towards fee for four years B.E. (Aeronautical) course for the academic years 2011-12 to 2014-15 to the 2nd petitioner, in order to pursue his studies, based on the petitioners' application dated 09.09.2011.

2. when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the reliefs sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
