Common Prayer: Criminal Original Petitions filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records in S.T.C.Nos.142 and 143 of 2016 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.3, Coimbatore and quash the same. For Petitioners : Mr. S. Sithirai Anandam For Respondents : Mr. K. Subbu Ranga Bharathi COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to quash the proceedings in S.T.C.Nos.142 and 143 of 2016 respectively, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that there was some money dispute arose between the petitioners and the 1st respondent. He further submitted that the complaint filed under Section 138, 141 and 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, against the petitioners/accused in STC.Nos.142 and 143 of 2016 pending before the learned Fast Track Court-I, (Magistrate Level), Coimbatore, and the aforesaid complaint has been withdrawn on 08.07.2017 by the de-facto complainant. Therefore, the relief sought for by the petitioners has now become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition and accordingly, both the Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
