C.M.P.No.3499 of 2024 in S.A.No.120 of 2020 P.B.BALAJI, J.

In and by order dated 14.02.2024, C.M.P.No.3499 of 2024 was allowed and the petitioner in the said C.M.P was directed to be implead as 15th respondent in the Second Appeal. It is seen from the memorandum of grounds of Second Appeal that after impleading the respondents 9 to 12 in pursuance to the order in C.M.P.No.2659 of 2019, there are only 12 respondents in all. Thus, the order in C.M.P.No.3499 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner herein shall be impleaded as 13th respondent in the Second Appeal.

2. It is also brought to my notice that C.M.P.No.3580 of 2024 has been filed to implead certain other parties, Registry may list the C.M.P.No.3580 of 2024, after carrying out amendment in pursuance of C.M.P.No.3499 of 2024 been ordered.

3. Post this matter on 12.03.2024.
