..Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the third respondent dated 26.04.2005 and made in letter No.JJO5/0405/88 directing the petitioner to pay a further sum of Rs.1,39,335/- for getting the Sale Deed in respect of Plot No.214, LIG I, Nolambur Village, Ambatur Taluk, Turuvallur District, and quash the same as illegal and without jurisdiction and further to direct the respondents to issue the Sale Deed in favour of the Petitioner's plot for the aforesaid property without insisting any further amount towards final cost.
