ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in any manner in the guise of an enquiry in the family matter.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and thereby he seeks direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

3. Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents police would submit that on the complaint given by one Sudha, the case was taken up for enquiry in CSR.No.13 of 2022 and is pending on the file of the second respondent and finding that it is a matrimonial dispute between the parties and the case has been sent to the Social Welfare Officer for further proceedings. petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is made clear that based on the report, if any cognizable offences have been made against the petitioner, the respondents police are at liberty to take up the case in accordance with law.
