Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass an appropriate order in petitioner's representation dated 17.08.2018 within time framed manner.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the 1st respondent to consider and pass an appropriate order in petitioner's representation dated 17.08.2018.

2.The grievances of the writ petitioner is that the Medical Reimbursement claim application submitted by the writ petitioner has not been considered by the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the petitioner had undergone Medical treatment in a private hospital and along with the medical bills, he submitted an application for Reimbursement of the Medical expenditures. However, the said applications are not considered. Thus, the writ petitioner submitted a representation to the 1st respondent on 17.08.2018 and the said representation is yet to be considered.

4.Under these circumstances, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 17.08.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and all relevant documents, if any, along with the orders passed in the writ petition. 5.With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
