ORDER

The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the respondent has not been cooperating for the disposal of the case. Though the petitioner has appeared before the DVAC proceedings before the trial Court, there has been no effective progress in the matter.

2. Considering that the case pertains to the year 2024 and that the revision petitioner is facing multiple proceedings, this Court is inclined to direct the trial Court to expedite the trial.

3. Accordingly, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In view of the above, this Civil Revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
