ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the conditions imposed in Para No.7 (b) in Crl.O.P.No.19787 of 2025 order dated 18.06.2025 the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19787 of 2025 order dated 18.06.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered. 06-02-2026 SMN
