The present writ petition is filed challenging the impugned notice dated 2.9.2005 issued in D.R.C. No.67/2002.
2. The impugned notice was issued under the provisions of the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act'). Thus, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
remedy lies to the writ petitioner under the provisions of the very same Act.
3. In this view of the matter, the present writ petition cannot be entertained and accordingly, the writ petitioner is at liberty to redress his grievances in the manner known to law.
