These matters are posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that this Court, by an order dated 21.02.2023 in Crl.O.P.Nos.3309 to 3311 of 2022, has ordered the petitioners to be released on bail on condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Villupuram and on further conditions. He further submitted that in the said order, in paragraph No.6, it has been wrongly typed as " the learned Judicial Magistrate, Villupuram" and the same requires to be rectified as " the learned Judicial Magistrate, Genji". Thus he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, Registry is directed to carryout the necessary corrections in the order dated 21.02.2023 in Crl.O.P.Nos.3309 to 3311 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
