ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to release the compensation amount to the petitioner in respect of the land morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, which was the subject matter of land acquisition.

2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. According to the petitioner, her power agent has mis-used the authority by executing sale deeds in respect of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. 4. It is an admitted fact that the compensation amount has already been disbursed by the official respondents. Since the compensation amount has already been disbursed, the question of directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 19.12.2025 at this stage does not arise, as it will not serve any purpose. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved by the conduct of the petitioner's power agent in executing sale deeds without any authority, the remedy available to the petitioner is only to approach the civil court and not file a writ petition.

5. Since this writ petition is not maintainable and since the compensation amount has already been disbursed, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the civil court as against the petitioner's power agent for the alleged mis-use of the petitioner's authority under the power of attorney. No costs. 10.03.2026 Index : Yes / No Speaking order / Non-speaking order sp Page No.3 of 4
