Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Declaration, declaring the initiation and proceeding with the recovery proceedings of income tax arrears and interest from the petitioner, for the assessment year 1969-70 as evidenced by the proceedings bearing Ref.No.T.R.No. 192/R-V/2005-06 dated 26.08.2005 as illegal and without jurisdiction and consequently forbearing the respondent from in any manner proceeding with or initiating recovery proceedings against the petitioner in respect of M/s. Sunderavilas Ginning Factory, Pollachi.
