ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents in pursuance of the complaint dated 21.02.2018, to alter the Section 174 Cr.P.C., in respect of F.I.R.No.37 of 2018, on the file of the 1st Respondent, into appropriate provisions of Indian Penal Code against Tirilosankar, Vicky and 20 others known persons, whose names are not known, conduct a fair and unbiased enquiry and file final report before the appropriate jurisdictional Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completing the investigation, it was found that the FIR itself is closed. Thereafter, further action was dropped. The charge sheet has already been filed.

3. In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to file a final report before the concerned jurisdictional court, after serving notice to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in F.I.R.No. 37 of 2018 and the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the trial court concerned, if so advised.
