Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.1570/2009/Aa 2 dated 25.12.2009 and quash the same and direct the respondent to issue patta to the petitioners for the land to an extent of Ac 0.93 cents comprised in S.Nos.62/1 and 62/2A situated at Senthamangalam Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

ORDER

When this writ petition was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioners confined his prayer to direct the respondents to consider his representation for issuance of patta, after due notice to the parties concerned. Since the said prayer seems to be reasonable, this Court is inclined to grant the same.

2.At this juncture, the learned Additional Govt.Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 has submitted that no representation has been received from the petitioner in respect of the prayer made in the writ petition.

3.In view of the above, the petitioner is permitted to submit a representation to the respondents 1 and 2 enclosing all the relevant documents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such filing, the respondents 1 and 2 shall consider the same on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders, after affording due opportunity to all the parties concerned within a period of four weeks therefrom.
