The matter is moved for clarification.

It is submitted that the amount outstanding as per notice under Section 13(2) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, dated 21.05.2022, is Rs.19,59,389/-.

We had heard the matter on 16.02.2024 and disposed of the same.

For clarification, the same was placed on record. It appears that as per the order passed, the amount of Rs.19 Lakh and odd shown to be due, as was stated in paragraph No.2, is correct.

In view of that, no further clarification is necessary.
