This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 87 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case against the order in Crl.M.P.No.10 of 2022, dated 14.06.2022 passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Alandur.
2. The Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner lodged a complaint against the respondent for the offences under Sections 24, 120B, 167, 192, 203, 206, 406, 420, 181, 166A of I.P.C and Sections 4 & 5 r/w 76 of Chit Fund Act and the trial Court dismissed the complaint on the ground that the prima facie case is not made out.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.
4. The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition is accepted and the delay of 87 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned. Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
