O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction for directing the trail Court in S.C.No.155 of 2014, on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge IV, Thiruvallur at Ponneri. 2.It is seen from the records that the respondent Police registered a case in Crime No.1238 of 2012 for the offence under Sections 341, 147, 148, 302 IPC r/w 149 IPC r/w 34 IPC.

3.Heard, Mr.J.B.Solomon Peter Kamaldos, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4.Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of. If the petitioner failed to appear before the trial Court in all the future hearings, the trial Court is directed to issue Non-Bailable Warrant and thereafter without recalling Non-Bailable Warrant and proceed with the trial in accordance with law.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
