This application is filed to dispense with the production of the original arbitral award dated 26.10.2017.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that without any notice, the Arbitrator was appointed. Further he submitted that the ex parte award was passed and also the copy of the award has not been served on him and the respondents have filed an execution petition before the Delhi Court and the applicant came to know about perusal of this photocopy of the award. Hence, the applicant/respondent filed the present application.
