For Petitioner : Mr.S.V.Karthikeyan (in both CRPs) For Respondents : Mr.Mohammed Fayazali (for R5 in CRP.No.2784 of 2011) Mrs.A.Ajimath Begam (for R8 in CRP.No.2785 of 2011) No appearance (for other respondents in both CRPs) C O M M O N O R D E R The learned counsel appearing for the civil revision petitioner in both the Civil Revision Petitions seeks permission of this Court to withdraw both the Petitions on the ground that Wakf Board has taken over the subject matters in issue. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
