This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondent police not to interfere into a civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the parties were enquired and it was found that there is a property dispute and the parties have been advised to agitate their grievance before the competent civil court. The

learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the respondent police will not interfere with the property dispute between the parties.
