The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider her representation dated 09.10.2020 and handover her shop, after conducting enquiry, pursuant to the order dated 05.03.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.29317 of 2019. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, Mr.Hajamohideen Gisti, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that due to COVID-19 pandemic situation, the second respondent was unable to conduct enquiry and pass orders on the petitioner's representation. Hence, the learned counsel sought four weeks time for dispose of the petitioner's representation, on merits.

3.Recording the submissions so made by the learned counsel for the second respondent, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, granting four weeks time to pass appropriate orders, on the petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2020, on merits and in accordance with law and also in the light of the order of this Court dated 05.03.2020 passed in W.P.No.29317 of 2019, after providing an opportunity of hearing to all the parties.
