The learned Advocate Commissioner has filed a report together with a memo for additional remuneration. In the report, the learned Advocate Commissioner has stated that the vehicle/machinery was seized and custody was handed over settled to the applicant. The learned counsel for the applicant confirms the same, the respondent has also not entered appearance.
2. Considering the above, a further sum of Rs.20,000/- is ordered to be paid to the Advocate Commissioner towards additional remuneration. The applicant is directed to pay the same.
3. Since, nothing survives for further adjudication in this application, this Arbitration Application is to be closed by directing the applicant to initiate Arbitral proceedings before the arbitral Tribunal under the Agreement within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
