Respondents PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent pertaining to the order Na.Ka.R.R.2/37124/10 dated 26.11.2010 and to quash the same and to consequently direct the respondents herein, to include the name of the petitioner in the beneficiary list prepared under ETRP - VRCC and thereby allot house under the said Scheme.
