Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent bearing proceedings in Na.Ka.No.25/B1/CV/2013, dated 11.10.2013 and quash the same insofar as the petitioner is concern and consequently direct the respondent herein to reinstate the petitioner into service.

The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that the writ petitioner has been reinstated in service on 25.10.2014. Thus, the grievances of the writ petitioner set out in this writ petition has been redressed. Thus, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. 2.Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
