The petitioner has come forward with this Contempt Petition under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to issue summons and punish the respondents for committing gross contempt of this Court's order dated 11.03.2021 passed in W.P.No.2434 of 2021.

2. Today, when the contempt petition was taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel have submitted that the order of this court has been complied with by the respondents. In support of their contention they have produced the proceedings of the respondents. They have further submitted that the petitioner has joined Kancheepuram Central Cooperative Bank, Kancheepuram as Assistant with effect from 30.03.2022. The submissions of the learned counsel for the parties are recorded.
