Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, M/s.A.L.Gandhimathi, learned counsel appearing for petitioner, on instructions submit that this Court may permit the petitioner to withdraw the present Writ Petition, with liberty of file a fresh writ petition, if so advised, as the office bearers of the Association have since changed.
