When the Writ Petition came up for hearing on 11.12.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 18.12.2023.

2. Even today, i.e., 18.12.2023 there is no representation for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent is present.

3. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
