This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent from filling up the post of Junior Assistant (Aerobridge) pursuant to the Notification No.AAM/PERS/R&P/41/21293-329 dated 04.08.2005 issued by the 1st respondent or under any other method, until the disposal of the Industrial Dispute No.381/2004 pending before the 2nd respondent Tribunal, Madras.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent/Airports Authority of India submitted that the writ petition was filed in regard to the appointment of Aerobridge operators and this Court granted interim order dated 21.09.2005 to go head with the selection process but subject to the outcome of

the result of the I.D.No.381 of 2004. He further submitted that docket order dated 26.09.2006 has been passed in I.D.No.381 of 2004 in favour of the first respondent and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition and this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. 10.02.2023 dpq (2/3) Index :
