Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondents culminating in the impugned Government order being G.O.(Ms) No. 98, dated 09.08.2011 passed by the first respondent, quash the same and consequently forbear the respondents 1 to 4 from proceeding any further based on the search and seizure conducted by the second respondent on 13.10.2011 in connection with Cr.No.22/2011 on the file of DVAC (HQ) SIC, Chennai, at the places of the members of Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, so far as the petitioner is concerned.
