2. Today, when the contempt petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this court dated 31.03.2021 made in W.P. No.7542 of 2021 is complied with by the respondent by issuing a proceedings in Na.Ka. No.4031/A1/2021 dated 28.03.2022. He has also produced a copy of the said proceedings for the perusal of this court.

3. In the light of the order of the respondent dated 28.03.2022 and the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the contempt petition is closed. No costs. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings of the respondent or to agitate the issue, in accordance with Law.
