It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that during the pendancy of this writ petition, the petitioner passed away.

2.On 28.02.2022, the matter was adjourned for filing LR application, however, till date no legal representative of the petitioner came forward to represent the estate of the petitioner.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
