[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner seeks a direction to fifth respondent to shift the detenu viz., S.N.Babu S/o.Nagaiya, aged about 36 years, to a private hospital or any other hospital to save his life.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.
3. This Court records the medical report submitted by the Civil Assistant Surgeon, Central Prison Hospital, Central Prison II, Puzhal, Chennai, dated 10.09.2018, which informs that Babu S/o.Nagaiah, Prisoner No.RP/32718/2018, presently is undergoing treatment as an in-patient at Stanley Government Hospital.
4. In the light of such report, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition and has also also made an endorsement to such effect.
