The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents filed a status report on compliance of the orders passed by this Court.
2. The Revenue Divisional Officer, Krishnagiri District passed an order in proceedings dated 22.05.2023 allowing the writ petitioner to retire from service and Ms.S.Rajeswari, appeared in person before this Court and made a submission that the consequential retirement benefits will be settled to the petitioner within a period of three months. The petitioner was allowed to retire from service and therefore, the pensionary benefits due to him is to be settled. Since the 1st respondent has stated that it will be settled within a period of three months, no further adjudication is required.
