C.R.P.No.900 of 2020 C.R.P.No.900 of 2020 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP, J., The learned II-Assistant Judge, holding the Full Additional Charge of the III-Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai had sought extension of time by letter in Dis.No.5086 of 2022 dated 07.06.2022. As per the remarks offered by the learned II-Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai who is holding full additional charge of the learned III-Assistant Judge by the time the copy of the order was received, the time mentioned in the Civil Revision Petition for disposal of the case was already expired. Subsequently, there was no Presiding Officer in the Court of the learned III-Assistant Judge. Now as on 07.06.2022, the Suit in O.S.No.4362 of 2010 and O.S.No.6321 of 2019 are connected cases, in which amendment was carried out and APC filed and the case is posted for filing written statement of D8 and Additional written statement of D1 to D7 if any.

Considering the remarks and explanation offered by the learned IIAssistant Judge, holding full additional charge of the III-Assistant Judge, a further extension of time for a period of six months is granted to the the learned II-Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai for disposal of the case. 29.07.2022 tri https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
