ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order of this Court has to be complied with within six months as stipulated under the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Act and Rules and thereafter, the 3rd respondent to pass appropriate orders with regard to the claim of the petitioner on merits, based on the enquiry report after affording reasonable opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.

3. He would further submit that the first limb of the order dated 09.02.2022 was passed by the Deputy Registrar after eight months from the date of the order and the consequential order was passed based on the enquiry report on 17.05.2023, but the copy of the order was not communicated to the writ petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent would submit that there is a delay in passing the orders and in future this kind of delay will not occur in future while passing the orders by the concerned authorities.

5. In view of the above submissions, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
