This Contempt Petition is filed for the wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court made in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ W.P.No.32694 of 2014 dated 05.04.2017.

2. Ms. T. Girija, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court, has been complied with, by the respondent in the proceedings in ODEP No.1/2014/SF3 dated 02.01.2018. She also submitted a copy of the said order before this Court and the same shall form part of the records.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel and the order passed by the respondent dated 02.01.2018, the Contempt Petition is closed.
