Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Condone the Delay of 776 days in representation of STA.SR.No.154873 of 2019.(CMP.No.2207 of 2022) Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.FOX MANDAL AND ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.T.M.RAJANGHAM, Government Advocate for 3rd Respondent, the court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

This petition is filed by the petitioner / appellant seeking to condone the delay of 776 days in representing the above STA.SR.No.154873 of 2019.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay is condoned, subject to payment of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) towards costs in favour of the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, this order will stand automatically cancelled.
