Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus after calling for the records relating to the award passed by the second respondent dated 26.08.2004 in I.D.No.45/2000, quash the same and consequently, direct the first respondent to reinstate the petitioner with continuity of service, backwages and other benefits award costs.

ORDER

This Court passed an order on 30.09.2011 as follows; "The above matter is listed today i.e., on 30.09.2011, under the caption 'Default cases'; for non compliance of the requirements of the Registry, including the payment of batta.

2.The concerned counsels are directed to pay the batta and to comply with the other requirements of the Registry, on or before 21.10.2011, as a last chance, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and to file proof of compliance, immediately, thereafter.

3.On non-compliance of the requirements of the Registry, on or before the specific date, as directed by this Court, the writ petition shall stand dismissed, automatically, insofar as the concerned respondent(s) is/are concerned, without further reference to this Court."

2.When the matter is listed today before this Court today i.e.,01.10.2019, on verification, the directions issued by this Court on 30.09.2011 has not been complied with. The above Order states that in the event of non-compliance, the writ petition shall stands dismissed automatically.

3.In view of the said Order, no further consideration is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition and accordingly the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
