Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order of the 3rd respondent issued in O.Mu.No.4315/B3/2000 dated 31.3.2000 and the consequential order passed in appeal by the 2nd respondent in O.Mu.No.118504/k2/2001 DT.10.05.2005 quash the same and consequently direct issued the respondents to continuously pay the incentive increments to the petitioner for M.Ed., and M.Phil., Degrees from 19.02.1997.
